As the OA Alliance continues to grow and take on new members from around the globe, a more diverse governance body is needed to better serve the OA Alliance community in providing strategic guidance for our goals, activities and outcomes.

To help guide the OA Alliance work plan in 2019, an Executive Committee of 12 member governments has been convened comprised of representatives from New Zealand, Chile, France, Fiji, Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP), Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission (NWIFC), States of New York, California, Washington and Oregon, the Province of British Columbia and the City of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada.
